Program Overview
The Teaching German in Indonesia program is a six to twelve months internship-
style experience designed for German language educators, from new graduates to early career teachers, who are passionate about sharing their language while gaining cross-cultural and teaching experience.
Hosted by Binawan Training Center, a leading institution for professional healthcare and language training in Indonesia, this program gives participants the opportunity to teach German to Indonesian nurses preparing for work in German-speaking countries — especially Austria and Germany.

- Provide teaching experience to future or current educators of the German language

What You’ll Do
- Teach or co-teach German language sessions (A1–B1 levels) with the support of local trainers
- Facilitate speaking practice, pronunciation, and real-life conversation simulations
- Exchange teaching methods and materials with local educators
- Participate in workshops, reflection sessions, and cultural events
- Explore Indonesia’s natural beauty and rich traditions during off-hours

Cost / Exchange
Participants may contribute a program fee for travel to and from Indonesia (subsidized if partnered with universities or sponsors or self paid), or join under scholarship/internship arrangements (can be customized).
