- Hi Miss Sasha, can you tell us where you are right now?
Right now I’m visiting my family in Yekaterinburg, Russia. I’m on holidays here and soon will head back to Istanbul. - How do you like the city? And tell us your favourite part of the city
Istanbul is absolutely fabulous! As any big city it has various areas, my favourite is the one called Kadikoy. It’s a modern hipster district located in the asian part of the city, it’s a paradise for foodies and coffee lovers, and a great place for a picnic or long walks along the Bosphorus. - Why did you decide to move to Istanbul?
The way I see it, Istanbul happens to have various key points: friendly people, mild climate, outstanding cultural life, great food, and fascinating history. Also, Istanbul is very diverse, sometimes you go to another neighbourhood and it feels like a different country! So, it was pretty easy for me to fall in love with the city and make a choice to stay here. - Is there any other city or country you’re planning to go to this year?
I am not really a fan of planning, but going to Tbilisi, Georgia, sounds pretty exciting. Also, the idea of going back to Indonesia is always there! - What’s your favourite thing about travelling?
My favourite thing about everything I do is people. I would have never been able to meet so many wonderful people if I had stayed in my hometown.
